摘　　要：通过简述水利科研档案概念,论述水利科研档案质量管理的重要性与必要性。提出水利科研档案的质量管理目标,并根据质量目标探讨了水利科研档案工作开展的阶段步骤。针对水利科研档案管理现状存在问题及原因,提出了解决问题的建议。以供水利科研机构负责人、科研人员、档案管理人员参考。This paper states the importance and necessity of water resources scientific research archives by briefly describing the concept of water resources scientific research archives.This paper puts forward the quality management objectives of water resources scientific research archives,and probes into the stages and steps of water resources scientific research archives work according to the quality objectives.In view of the present situation of water resources scientific research archives management,the existing problems and reasons are put forward,and the suggestions to solve the problems are put forward.Reference is given to the person in charge of water supply scientific research institutions,scientific researchers and archives managers.
