摘 要:神经血管单元作为神经系统结构和功能的基本单位,是现代药理学在神经系统方面研究的重点方向,为进一步明确黄精及其提取物在神经血管单元方面的药理作用,本文通过综合分析黄精及其提取物在神经血管单元方面的相关文献,发现黄精及其提取物通过调控神经细胞的凋亡、抗氧化、改善神经血管单元各部分的微结构并诱导生长因子的分泌以影响神经系统的结构和功能,从而维持着脑组织微环境的稳定以治疗相关神经系统疾病,因此,黄精及其提取物在治疗神经系统疾病可能具有潜在作用。As the basic unit of structure and function of nervous system, neurovascular unit is an important aspect in the research of modern pharmacology of nervous system. In order to further understand the pharmacological effects of Polygonati Rhizoma and its extract on neurovascular unit, articles about the pharmacological effects of Polygonati Rhizoma on neurovascular unit are analyzed comprehensively. It is found that Polygonati Rhizoma and its extract affect the structure and function of the nervous system by regulating the apoptosis of nerve cells, anti-oxidation, improving the microstructure of each part of neurovascular unit and inducing the secretion of growth factors. So Polygonati Rhizoma may have the capacity for maintaining the stalibity of microenvironment of brain. Therefore, the application of Polygonati Rhizoma and its extracts may play a potential role in the treatment of nervous system diseases.
