摘　　要：自噬是细胞内的物质和能量代谢自稳机制。近年来发现自噬与肥胖引起的瘦素抵抗关系密切。本文从AMPK-mTOR-细胞自噬角度诠释针灸治疗单纯性肥胖的机制,以期为针刺减肥的临床应用提供科学依据。As a homeostatic mechanism of cellular substance and energy metabolism,autophagy has been looked at as a hot topic recently,which has been closely related to leptin resistance caused by obesity.The mechanisms of EA treatment of obesity could be explored from a new perspective,which could provide the theoretical basis for clinical applications of acupuncture treatment of obesity.
