摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜下肩峰成形术治疗肩峰下撞击综合征的方法和临床疗效。方法应用关节镜行肩峰成形术治疗34例肩峰下撞击征的,随访至少18个月以上。采用肩关节疼痛VAS评分,洛杉矶加洲大学(UCLA)肩关节功能标准和美国肩肘外科学会肩关节评分(ASES)标准评价疗效。结果术后2天的VAS评分明显低于术前,并且随访后的UCLA评分以及ASES评分皆显著高于术前。结论关节镜下肩峰成形术是治疗肩峰下撞击征的有效方法,创伤小,术后恢复快。Objective To investigate the methods and clinical results of the arthroscopic acromioplasty for the treatment of subacromialimpingement syndrome. Methods A retrospective analysis was done in 34cases with subacromial impingementsyndrome,followed by a minimum follow - up of 18 months. The assessment was performed with visual analogue scale ( VAS),the shoulder - rating scale of the University of California at Los Angeles ( UCLA) and American SolarEnergy Society score ( ASES). Results The VAS score was significantly reduced in post - operation group,compared with pre - operation group,and the UCLA and ASES score were markedly improved in post - operation group. Conclusions Arthroscopic acromioplasty is a reliable solution for the subacromialimpingement syndrome,which showed mini - invasion and rapid recovery.
