摘　　要：血精症是临床上常见的男科疾病之一,严重影响男性的健康和生活质量。现代医学对血精症治疗效果并不理想,而中医药在防治本病过程中有显著的特色和优势。笔者对近年来中医药治疗血精症的病因病机、辨证分型、辨证施治、专方治疗、中成药治疗、中西医结合治疗及其他疗法等方面的研究进展进行综述。Hemophilia is one of the common clinical male diseases,which seriously affects the health and quality of life of men. Modern medicine have no ideal curative effect in the treatment of blood syndrome, while Chinese medicine has significant features and advantages in the prevention and treatment of this disease. The authors summarizes the research progress in the treatment of Chinese medicine for hemospermia in such aspects as etiology, pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation,differentiation and treatment,special prescription treatment,Chinese patent medicine treatment,integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment and other therapies in recent years.
