苦参汤联合艾洛松治疗肛周湿疹临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察苦参汤联合艾洛松治疗肛周湿疹的临床疗效。方法:选择肛周湿疹患者85例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组42例和治疗组43例。对照组采用艾洛松治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上结合苦参汤治疗,2组疗程均为2周。比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后主要症状积分和外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数水平变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组69.05%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗前,2组瘙痒症状、肛门渗液和肛周皮损形态积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,2组瘙痒症状、肛门渗液和肛周皮损形态积分较治疗前降低(P <0.05),且治疗组瘙痒症状、肛门渗液和肛周皮损形态积分低于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗前,2组EOS水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,2组EOS水平较治疗前降低(P <0.05),且治疗组EOS水平低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:苦参汤联合艾洛松治疗肛周湿疹患者临床疗效显著,且可减轻患者临床症状,降低EOS水平,值得临床借鉴。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Kushen tang combined with eloson for perianal eczema. Methods:A total of 85 cases of patients with perianal eczema were selected as study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method, 42 and 43 cases in each group respectively. The control group was treated with eloson, and the treatment group was additionally treated with Kushen tang based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for two weeks. The clinical effect as well as the changes of the scores of main symptoms and the peripheral blood eosinophils(EOS) count before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate was 95.35% in the treatment group,higher than that of 69.05% in the control group, the difference being significant(P < 0.05). Before treatment, compared the scores of pruritus, anal exudation and morphology of perianal lesions in the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P > 0.05). After treatment,the above scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of EOS in the two groups(P > 0.05). After treatment,the levels of EOS in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05), and the level in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Kushen tang combined with eloson has significant clinical effect in treating patients with perianal eczema,and can reduce their clinical symptoms and the level of EOS,which is worthy of clinical reference.
