补肾祛瘀汤联合腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾祛瘀汤联合腹腔镜治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕的疗效。方法:选取130例子宫内膜异位症伴不孕症患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各65例。对照组患者采用腹腔镜下切除术,观察组采用腹腔镜下切除术联合补肾祛瘀汤治疗,观察2组患者治疗前后卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)和雌二醇(E2)水平,统计复发情况、妊娠情况以及药物不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率和妊娠率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗前,2组FSH、LH和E2水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,2组FSH、LH和E2水平明显降低(P <0.05),且观察组FSH、LH和E2水平低于对照组(P <0.05)。对照组不良反应率为21.54%,观察组为7.69%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:子宫内膜异位症伴不孕症患者采用腹腔镜下切除联合术后补肾祛瘀汤治疗,能改善激素水平,消除临床表现和体征,并能显著提高患者妊娠率,值得临床推广。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Bushen Quyu tang combined with laparoscopy for endometriosis with infertility. Methods:Selected 130 cases of patients with endometriosis with infertility and divided them into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table,65 cases in each group. The patients in the control group underwent resection under laparoscopy. The observation group was treated with resection under laparoscopy combined with Bushen Quyu tang. Observed the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH) and estradiol(E2),recurrence,pregnancy,and adverse drug reactions in the two groups before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate and pregnancy rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group, differences being significant(P < 0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences being found in the comparison of the levels of FSH, LH and E2 between the two groups(P > 0.05). After treatment,the levels of FSH,LH and E2 in the two groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.05):the levels of FSH,LH and E2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The adverse reaction rate was 21.54% in the control group and 7.69% in the observation group,compared the two groups,difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of laparoscopic resection combined with postoperative Bushen Quyu tang for patients with endometriosis with infertility can improve hormone levels,eliminate clinical manifestations and signs,and obviously increase the pregnancy rate of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
