摘　　要：笔者总结了盆腔炎性疾病后遗症(Sequelae pelvic inflammatory disease,SPID)的病因、发病机制、辨证分型,对针灸疗法、中药灌肠、中药离子导入、中药塌渍、灸法等中医护理技术在SPID中的应用效果及现状进行综述,并对研究中存在的问题和日后发展方向进行探讨,为SPID患者的护理和研究提供参考。The authors summarized the etiology, the pathogenesis as well as the syndrome differentiation and classification of sequelae pelvic inflammatory disease(SPID),reviewed the effect and present situation of Chinese medicine nursing techniques for SPID including acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,herbal enema,Chinese medicine iontophoresis,Chinese medicine collapse stains and moxibustion, and discussed the existing problems in present study and the future development direction in order to provide reference for the nursing for patients with SPID,as well as the study on it.
