摘 要:文章研究了机场塔台视频跟踪监控问题,提出了一种机场塔台高清高速视频跟踪监控系统的设计方法,给出了系统的工作原理,并对视频显控软件实现进行了设计,结合机场塔台着陆雷达信息、北斗信息和图像跟踪识别算法,提出了视频监控系统自动跟踪引导实现方法。通过现场实际试飞验证,该系统能够为塔台安全管控提供自动化辅助决策。Tracking and monitoring of the status of airplanes has been always a great challenge for the staff of the approach towers, especially in the restricted visibility conditions. In this paper, a high-definition high-speed video tracking and monitoring system has been built in which the kernel module of a fluent video display and control method has been designed. Combined with the image-recognition algorithm and the landing radar information of the approach towers, the designed system can be used to track and guide of the airplanes automatically. The real-life flight test results indicate that the designed system can provide computer-aid decision-making support for the staff of the approach towers, which shows a prospective development in the future.
