摘 要:星型框架作为馈源舱的主体支撑装置,是整个馈源舱的基础。文中从FAST馈源舱的设计需求出发,结合星型框架在馈源舱中主要作用,提出了星型框架的详细结构设计。在结构设计的基础上,基于APDL语言实现了星型框架有限元模型的参数化建模,并针对其在全工作空间内的不同姿态采用有限元软件Ansys Workbench进行了有限元分析,得到了星型框架在不同姿态下的刚度变形和应力结果,结果表明:星型框架的结构设计满足性能要求和安全性要求,为馈源舱项目的实施奠定了基础。As the main supporting device of the feed cabin, the star frame is the foundation of the whole feed cabin. Starting from the design requirements of FAST feeder cabin, this paper combines the main role of star frame in the feeder cabin. This paper presents the detailed structural design of the star frame of FAST feed cabin. On the basis of structural design, the parametric modeling of finite element model of star frame is realized by using finite element software Ansys Workbench and APDL language. The finite element analysis is carried out for different postures of star frame in the whole workspace, and the stiffness, deformation and stress results of star frame in different postures are obtained. The results show that the structural design of star frame meets the performance and safety requirements, and lays a foundation for the implementation of the feed cabin project.
