摘  要:文中介绍了某雷达天线结构优化设计过程,针对该雷达天线安装空间的特点和相关技术要求,具体阐述了2个方面的内容:一方面,采用模块化设计方法,将天线内设备划分成发射分机、电源监控分机、功分器组件和天线子单元4个模块,分别对每个模块进行结构设计和热设计,解决了天线内部安装空间不足、电缆布线复杂等问题;另一方面,采用外形隐身技术,对天线骨架进行重新设计,减小了雷达散射截面积,提高了天线的隐身性能。最后通过软件仿真技术,对其隐身性、热设计及力学性能进行了分析,结果均满足设计要求。The optimum design process of a radar antenna structure is introduced in this paper. According to the characteristics of the installation space of the radar antenna and the related technical requirements, two aspects are elaborated in detail. For one thing, the internal equipment of the antenna is divided into the transmitter extension, power supply monitoring extension, power divider components and antenna sub-unit by modular design method. Structure design and thermal design for each module are carried out and thus the problems of insufficient installation space and complex cable wiring in the antenna are solved. For another, the antenna framework is redesigned with the shape stealth technology, which reduces the radar cross section and improvesthe stealth performance of the antenna. Finally, the stealth performance, thermal design and mechanical pro-perties are analyzed by software simulation technology. The simulation results meet the design requirements.
