摘  要:以2-氨基-6-硝基苯并噻唑为重氮组分,合成了系列偶氮型噻唑杂环分散染料,研究了染料结构与其染色性能的关系。结果表明,在偶合组分中引入疏水性基团,能提高染料的强度和上染率;而亲水性酯基数量增加,会降低染料上染率。含酯基染料的耐升华色牢度和耐光色牢度均高于含烷基的染料,酯基数目增加也会提高耐湿摩擦牢度。The heterocyclic disperse dyes containing nitrobenzothiazole moieties were synthesized,and the relationships between the structures of dyes and their dyeing properties was studied.The experimental result indicated that dyes had high molar extinction coefficient and high exhaustion for PET fabric by introducing hydrophobic group to the coupling component.Increasing the number of hydrophilic esters could reduce dye uptake.But the dyes containing the esters groups have excellent fastness properties,especially,wet rubbing fastness.
