摘  要:研究了从苎麻叶中提取天然色素的工艺及其上染真丝的工艺。利用单因素实验和正交实验优化从苎麻叶中提取天然色素的工艺。探讨了染色pH值、染色温度、染色时间对真丝染色K/S值的影响,确定了染色工艺。结果表明,最佳提取工艺为:氢氧化钠浓度为12 g/L,料液比1︰50,在100℃下提取60 min。最佳染色工艺为:pH为5,90℃染色90 min。该染色织物的摩擦牢度和皂洗牢度中的沾色牢度较好,而褪色牢度较差。该织物具有较好的防紫外线性能和抗菌性能。The process of extracting natural pigments from ramie leaves was studied and silk was dyed directly with the extracting solution.On the basis of single factor experiment,the extracting process was optimized by orthogonal test.The influence of dyeing pH value,dyeing temperature and time on the K/S value of dyed fabrics was discussed.The optimum dyeing process was deter mined.The result showed that the extracting from ramie leaves was done at 100 ℃ for 60 min with NaOH 12 g/L,liquor ration 1∶50.The direct dyeing on silk was performed at 90 ℃ for 60 min at pH 5.The rubbing fastness and staining fastness in soaping of dyed silk fiber is good,but fading fastness is poor.The dyed silk has good anti-UV and anti-bacterial property.
