摘 要:采用PAC-PAM絮凝法、Fenton氧化法对栲胶实际废水进行了处理.通过对其模拟废水进行单因素试验并确定各反应的最佳条件.将确定的最佳反应条件应用于栲胶废水的絮凝-Fenton氧化处理.结果表明,絮凝试验的最佳反应条件为:PAC投加量2.0 g/L,PAM投加量20 mg/L,进水pH=7,搅拌速度120 r/min,搅拌时间40 min.Fenton氧化试验的最佳反应条件为:反应时间40 min,初始pH=3,H2O2投加量1.64 mL/L,n(Fe^2+):n(H2O2)=1:3;栲胶废水通过絮凝处理后,出水COD的去除率达到70.0%左右,色度去除率达到93.8%.经Fenton氧化后,COD去除率达到约88.7%,出水COD为180 mg/L左右,色度为8倍.满足了国家污水综合排放标准(GB 8978-2002),且Fenton氧化法处理成本较低,满足实际应用的可行性.PAC-PAM flocculation and Fenton oxidation were used to treat the actual tannin wastewater. The single -factor test of simulated wastewater was carried out and the optimal conditions of each reaction were determined. The determined optimal reaction conditions were applied to the flocculation - Fenton oxidation of the actual tannin wastewater. The experimental results show that the optimal reaction conditions for the flocculation test are as follows丗 the PAC dosage is 2. 0 g/L, the dosage of PAM is 20 mg/L, the pH value of water inlet is 7, the mixing speed is 120 r/m in, the stirring time is 40 min. The optimal reaction conditions of Fenton oxidation are as follows: the reaction time is 40 min, the initial pH value of water inlet is 3, the H20 2 dosage is 1.64 mL/L, n(Fe^2+): n ( H 20 2)= 1 . 3. After the tannin actual wastewater was treated by flocculation, the removal rate of COD in the effluent reaches 70. 0%, and the chroma removal rate reaches 93. 8%. After Fenton oxidation, the COD removal rate reaches about 88. 7%, the effluent COD is about 180 mg/L, and the chromaticity is 8 times. It meets the national comprehensive wastewater discharge standard ( GB 8978-2002), and the Fenton oxidation treatment cost is low, which meets the feasibility of practical application.
