摘　　要：“互联网+”是利用信息通信技术以及互联网平台,让互联网与传统行业进行深度融合,创造新的发展生态。以公安院校图书馆和警察博物馆为研究对象,提出构建公安院校基于“互联网+”的图书馆博物馆数字文化服务平台建设的要求和原则,尝试设计了平台的架构、结构与功能,认为有必要推动公安院校图书馆和警察博物馆数字文化资源的共知、共建、共享,构建用户需求引导下的公安院校“互联网+图书馆+博物馆”数字文化服务平台。“Internet +” is the use of information and communication technology and the Internet platform to enable the Internet to deepen integration with traditional industries and create a new de-velopment ecology. Taking the police colleges libraries and police museums as the research object, this paper puts forward the requirements and principles for constructing the digital culture service platform of the library and museum based on “Internet +” in the police colleges,and tries to design the architecture, structure and function of the platform. It is necessary to promote the mutual under-standing, co-construction and sharing of the digital cultural resources of the police college libraries and the police museums, and build a digital cultural service platform of the “Internet + Library + Mu-seum” under the guidance of user demand.
