临床药师参与1例全垂体功能减退合并低骨量患者治疗分析

摘　　要：本文报道临床药师参与1例颅咽管瘤术后全垂体功能减退合并低骨量患者的药物治疗过程。临床药师分析患者病情改善情况,建议医生增加糖皮质激素和甲状腺激素使用剂量,将雌孕激素序贯疗法改为雌激素单药治疗,同时加用阿尔法骨化醇补充维生素D,并进行疗效评价、用药教育等药学监护。临床医师采纳建议,患者全垂体功能减退和低骨量症状得到控制。Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment process of a case of postoperative craniopharyngioma with panhypopituitarism and osteopenia. According to the clinical manifestations of patient,clinical pharmacists proposed to increase the doses of glucocorticoid and thyroidhormone,change estrogen and progestin sequential therapy to estrogen monotherapy and supplement vitamin D with alphacalcidol at the same time,and evaluated the curative effect and carried out the medication education. All the advices of clinical pharmacists were adopted by clinicians,and the symptoms of the patient with panhypopituitarism and osteopenia were controlled effectively.
