摘　　要：全球竞争加剧与国家战略干预是当前区域发展的重要背景,对区域规划研究工作提出了新的要求。发展约束条件改变推动区域的适应内化与规划调整。基于当前区域规划研究中遇到的难点,提出了顺应外部环境变动的区域研究逻辑,形成区域对外有效识别与对内有效整合的基本思路与重点内容。探讨了在当前国家治理结构下,有利于区域多元利益主体协调与合作的途径。最后指出,在大的发展背景与研究架构下,若干区域问题或组别关系需要在未来区域研究工作中给予重点关注。Under the increasingly global competition and national strategic intervention, regional development faces new challenges and brings new requirements for regional planning and research. Changes in regional development constraints drive the transformation of regional development path and planning strategy. Based on the difficulties encountered in current regional planning research, this paper proposes a new framework that responses to the changes of the external environment, and forms the basic ideas and key contents for external identification and internal integration of the region. The approaches of coordination and cooperation by multi-stakeholders are discussed under the current national governance structure. At last, it is pointed out that several regional issues or group relationships need to be priorities under the broad context of the development trend and the proposed framework.
