戒烟成功与复吸的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:吸烟有害健康,但戒烟成功率却很低.本课题旨在分析戒烟成功与复吸的影响因素,为寻求戒烟的人群提供一些帮助.方法:随访51例主动戒烟人群和30例呼吸内科门诊就诊已戒烟成功者,对其基本信息、戒烟史、戒烟动机等进行调查,分析戒烟成功的影响因素.结果:51例到戒烟门诊寻求帮助的吸烟者中,失访5例,剩余46例.剩余的46例中,戒烟成功3人、成功率6.52%,43人复吸,复吸率93.48%.3例戒烟成功者中,有2例是因为已患疾病,占66.67%.43例复吸者中,复吸原因为工作生活压力大14例、社交应酬12例、烟瘾发作8例,分别占32.55%、27.91%、18.6%.而30例到呼吸内科门诊就诊的戒烟成功者中,戒烟成功最主要原因是感到身体不适12例,占40%,其次为已患疾病11例,占36.67%.结论:虽然戒烟成功率低,复吸率高,但只要有戒烟愿望,戒烟还是能够成功的.本次调查发现患病后戒烟成功率高,但戒烟时机还需健康时戒.Objective Smoking is harmful to health, but the success rate of quitting smoking is very low;The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors influencing the success of smoking cessation and relapse, and to provide some help for people who are seeking to quit smoking. Methods A total of 51 patients who had quit smoking and 30 patients vdio had quit smoking were followed up. Results Among the 51 smokers who came to the smoking cessation clinic for help, 5 were lost to follow-up and 46 were left. Among the remaining 46 cases, 3 of them succeeded in quitting smoking, with a success rate of 6.52%;43 of them relapsed, with a relapse rate of 93.48%. Among the 3 successful smokers, 2 were due to existing diseases, accounting for 66.67%. Among 43 cases of relapse, 14 cases were caused by work and life pressure, 12 cases by soaal intercourse and 8 cases by smoking addiction, accounting for 32.55%, 27.91% and ]&6% respectively Among the 30 successful smokers who went to the outpatient department of respiratory medicine, 12 cases (40%) felt unwell, followed by 11 cases of existing diseases (36.67%). Condusion Although the success rate of quitting smoking is low and the rate of relapse is high, as long as you have the desire to quit smoking, you can still succeed in quitting smoking. The survey found that the success rate of quitting smoking after illness is high, but the timing of quitting should be healthy.
