摘　　要：目的:为苗药虎杖提取物-大黄膏临床治疗疮痈毒肿证提供科学的实验依据。方法:抽取我院疮痈肿毒患者100例,按就诊顺序编号共1~100号,取其中任意数字进行标记并将所选数字除以3,余数为基数归到治疗组(大黄膏),若余数为0或偶数归到对照组(西药百多邦)进行治疗。观察两组恢复情况。结果:中药提取物-大黄膏根治的效果优于百多邦;百多邦比大黄膏的抗菌谱广,改善缓解症状方面要快于大黄膏.结论:虎杖提取物-大黄膏临床治疗疮痈毒肿证效果明显,值得进一步研究推广。Objective: To provide scientific experimental basis for the clinical treatment of sore carbuncle poison and swelling. Methods: 100 cases of sore carbuncle swelling and poisoning were taken, numbered 1-100 according to the order of treatment, and any number was marked and the selected number was divided by 3. The remainder was attributed to the treatment group (rhubarb cream ). If the remainder is 0 and even to the control group ( Mupirocin Ointment) for treatment. To observe the recovery of patients. Results: The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine extract-rhubarb cream was better than that of Mupirocin Ointment. Mupirocin Ointment had a wide spectrum of antibacterial spectrum and improved symptoms faster than rhubarb cream. Conclusion: Extract of Tiger stick - rhubarb cream in clinical treatment of sore carb uncle poison syndrome has obvious effect and is worthy of further study and promotion.
