摘  要:针对南黄海重点海域防灾减灾、海洋管理的需求,运用GIS技术,集成南黄海风暴潮、海浪灾害预警报系统和风暴潮漫堤灾害评估系统,构建南黄海辐射沙脊群海域防灾减灾决策支持平台,实现全方位地理信息与海洋灾害预警信息的展示和综合集成,提高海洋防灾减灾辅助决策水平,为江苏沿海海洋环境安全保障提供技术支持,为沿海开发、防灾减灾提供基础技术支撑和决策服务。In order to meet the needs of disaster prevention and reduction as well as marine management in key areas of the South Yellow Sea,using GIS technology,this paper integrates the South Yellow Sea storm surge,wave disaster early warning system and overtopping dam assessment system to construct the decision support platform for disaster prevention and reduction in radial ridge area of the South Yellow Sea.The platform is expected to realize the demonstration and meta-synthesis of omnibearing geographic information and marine disaster waening information,improve the level of assistant decision-making for marine disaster prevention and reduction,provide technical support for the safety and security of coastal marine environment in Jiangsu Province,and provide basic technology support and decision-making services for coastal development,lisaster prevention and reduction.
