非生产资本范畴探源——非生产费用的资本化与资本职能的二重化

摘　　要：资本主义市场经济的不断深化,使处于生产领域之外的流通、分配、消费等经济活动,甚至部分社会活动、国家活动等非经济活动也逐浙从属于资本,成为个别资本致富的源泉。市场经济的扩张和发展使从事流通、分配和消费活动的劳动者成为雇佣工人,为上述特殊部门的个别资本家创造攫取剩余价值的机会。在劳动从属于资本飭条件下,基于劳动视角分析第三产业(服务业)职能或者产业配置已不可能透析服务的本质。基于资本视角特别是非生产资本视角的分析,则可揭示其本质属性。非生产费用的资本化与资本职能的二重化,揭示了“服务”业资本是如何通过参与利润率平均化而为“特殊部门的资本家”获取盈利机会的本质,其是不创造价值却能攫取剩余价值的非生产资本何以形成、运作的依据。The deepening of the capitalist market economy has enabled economic activities such as circulation, distribution and consumption outside the production field, and even some non-economic activities such as social activities and state activities to gradually become subordinate to capital and become the source for individual capital to be rich. The expansion and development of the market economy has made k.borers engaged in circulation, distribution and consumption activities become hired workers, creating opportunities for individual capitalists in the above-mentioned special sectors to seize surplus value. Under the condition that labor is subordinate to capital, it is impossible to analyze the essence of services through the analysis of the fiinctions or industrial allocation of the tertiary industry (service industry) from the perspective of labor. However, the analysis from the perspective of capital, and especially the perspective of the non-productive capital, can reveal its essential attributes. The capitalization of non-production expenses and dualization of capital fiinctions reveal the essence of how the capital in the "service" industry gains profit-making opportunities for "cap让alists in special sectors" by participating in the equalization of profit rates. It is the basis for the formation and operation of the non-productive capital which does not create value, but seizes surplus value.
