摘  要:针对某大跨度机库门头上方玻璃幕墙承载需求,设计了网架与幕墙钢架悬挑连接节点加固方案,并实施了负载状态下网架结构加固工作。采用地面分块拼装、单元体整体吊装方法安装幕墙菱形交叉网格钢架,大幅减少了幕墙钢架高空凌空吊装和焊接工作量,在确保安全的前提下有效加快了幕墙施工进度。Based on the bearing capacity requirement of the glass curtain wall over a wide-span hangar gate head, a strengthening scheme for grid and curtain wall steel frame cantilever connection node was designed and grid structure was strengthened under loaded condition. Ground segmental assembly and unit integral lifting were adopted to install the diamond crossing steel grid of curtain wall, obviously reducing the lifting and welding workload at high altitude in the air and effectively accelerating the curtain wall construction schedule under a safe condition.
