摘 要:水污染问题频发,水体综合毒性的评价备受关注。采用微生物燃料电池法水质综合毒性监测仪对水体中铅、砷、铜和镉4种典型重金属进行毒性检测,评估单一重金属和多种重金属的联合毒性。结果表明:水质综合毒性监测仪对基于地表水Ⅲ类标准限值的铅、砷、铜和镉重金属复合污染毒性响应灵敏,重金属浓度与仪器毒性响应呈良好的线性相关,多种重金属复合污染比单一重金属污染呈现明显的毒性协同作用。水质生物毒性检测对水源突发污染的实时监测和及时预警提供技术支持。Water pollution incidents happen frequently,comprehensive toxicity evaluation of water has been more attention.Toxicity of lead,arsenic,copper and cadmium in water was detected by microbial fuel cell water quality comprehensive toxicity monitor,and the joint toxicity of heavy metals was also evaluated.The results showed that water quality comprehensive toxicity monitor was sensitive to the toxicity of lead,arsenic,copper and cadmium,of which concentrations were based on the standard limit of surface water.The concentration of heavy metals was linearly correlated with the toxicity response,and toxicity synergistic effect of multiple heavy metals combined pollution were more sensitive than single heavy metal.Detection of water quality toxicity could provide technical support for real-time monitoring and early warning of water source sudden pollution.
