摘 要:以含固率为12.5%的污泥为对象,研究不同温度和时间对污泥有机物溶出的影响。结果表明:随着热水解温度的升高和时间的延长,污泥中SCOD的浓度逐渐升高。较中温条件,高温条件下溶出更迅速。在处理时间为30 min的高温热水解条件下,温度由120℃升高到180℃,SCOD的总溶出率可由30.7%增至48.9%。水解液中VFA主要以乙酸的形式存在,可占VFA总量的50%,且中、高温热水解条件下,VFA的形成机理不同。中温条件下,VFA的形成主要依靠微生物反应。但高温条件下,VFA的形成主要是热化学反应。The effect of thermal hydrolysis temperature and time on organic matter solubilization of waste activated sludge with solid content of 12.5%were studied.The results showed that the concentration of SCOD in the sludge could be effectively improved with the increase of temperature and time of thermal hydrolysis,and the solubilizaiton of COD was quicker under high temperature than that under medium temperature.When the thermal hydrolysis was carried out at high temperature for 30 minutes,the temperature increased from 120℃to 180℃,the total hydrolysis ratio of SCOD increased from 30.7%to 48.9%.The VFA mainly existed in the form of acetic acid,which accounted for 50%of the total amount,and the formation mechanism of VFA was different under the conditions of medium and high temperature.At medium temperature conditions,the formation of VFA primarily was microbial reactions.However,under high temperature conditions,it was mainly thermochemical reactions.
