摘  要:在分析中小型城镇污水处理厂污泥处理处置特点的基础上,以安徽某县城污水处理厂污泥脱水干化系统的设计与应用为例,介绍了低温真空脱水干化成套技术装备的工艺流程、系统配置、技术优势。实践证明,该技术不仅可在污水厂内将污泥含水率从98%左右一次性降至40%以下,实现了脱水干化一体化和污泥减量化,而且污泥含水率可以在30%~60%灵活调节,满足中小型污水厂污泥处置出路多元化对接的实际需求,在同类型污水处理厂污泥脱水干化工程的设计与应用中具有较好的借鉴意义和推广价值。Based on the analysis of the characteristics of sludge treatment and disposal in medium and small sized municipal sewage treatment plants,this study takes the design and application of the sludge dewatering and drying system of acounty town sewage treatment plant in Anhui Province as an example.The process flow,system configuration and technical advantages of the lowtemperature vacuum dewatering and drying technology and equipment are introduced.Practice proves that this technology can not only reduce the water content of sludge from about 98% to less than 40% in the sewage plant,and realize the integration of dewatering and drying as well as sludge reduction,but also flexibly adjust the sludge water content between 30% and 60%,which can fully meet the actual needs of diversified docking of sludge disposal outlets of medium and small sized sewage treatment plants.It has good reference and promotion value in the design and application of sludge dewatering and drying project of the same type sewage treatment plant.
