摘  要:庙沟铁矿地质条件复杂,主井井筒穿过的地层含多层富水含水层。井筒施工至-150m水平时,爆破施工后,出现突水,涌水量约120m3/h。由于排水能力不足,井筒水位迅速升至-15m标高,井内水深135m。为此,增大了井筒排水能力,降盘排水,并进行清淤作业;然后在工作面浇筑止浆垫,进行工作面预注浆,成功地治理了井筒突水。注浆后,井筒涌水量小于5m3/h,确保了井筒剩余工程、后续马头门和各硐室工程的安全顺利施工,保证了工程质量。The geological conditions of the Miaogou Iron Ore are complex,and the strata through which the main shaft passes contains multiple water-rich aquifers.When the shaft was constructed to the level of-150 m,the water inrush occured after blast working,and the water inflow was about 120 m3/h.Due to insufficient drainage capacity,the shaft water level quickly rose to the elevation of-15 mand the depth of the water was about 135 m.For this matter,the shaft drainage capacity was increased,the hanging scaffold was dropped to drain water,and the silt-removing operation was carried out;then the grouting pad was poured on the shaft sinking face,the pre-grouting was done,and the shaft water inrush was successfully controlled.After grouting,the shaft water inflow was less than 5 m3/h,which ensured the remaining work of the shaft,the subsequent horsehead project and other chamber projects to be constructed safely and smoothly,the project quality was guaranteed.
