摘 要:电动汽车控制器的散热不能满足散热要求,将导致控制器中IGBT和电容元件短路甚至烧结,降低控制器的使用寿命。为了减少散热器因温度过高和行驶路况引起的安全问题,结合电机控制器的冷却系数建立散热器有限元分析模型,对平行翅片结构的散热器进行模态分析。结合模态分析结果,分析了散热器的抗随机振动特性,并在热仿真参数基础上,详细分析了散热器的热应力与应变特性。结果表明,散热器的螺栓连接处和背面薄壁处为薄弱环节;由于材料不同,散热器热应力集中在基板和散热器接触面上,散热器的应力应变均在材料许用范围内,满足安全运行要求。When the heat dissipation of the electric vehicle controller cannot meet the heat dissipation requirements, it will lead to the short circuit or even sintering of the IGBT and capacitance components in the controller, and reduce the service life of the controller. In order to reduce the safety problems of radiator caused by high temperature and driving conditions, this paper establishes a finite element analysis model of radiator based on the cooling coefficient of electric motor controller, and carries out modal analysis of radiator with parallel fin structure. Combining with the modal analysis results, the anti-random vibration characteristics of the radiator are analyzed. Based on the thermal simulation parameters, the thermal stress and strain characteristics of the radiator are analyzed in detail. The results show that the bolt connection and the thin wall on the back of the radiator are the weak links. Because of the different materials, the thermal stress of the radiator is concentrated on the contact surface between the substrate and the radiator, and the stress and strain of the radiator are within the allowable range of the material, which meets the requirements of safe operation.
