摘  要:针对工业园区清洁生产审核方法学不完善问题,以工业园区清洁生产审核重点作为研究对象,构建了普适性强的园区审核重点企业筛选评价指标,该指标体系包括目标层1个指标,准则层7个指标和指标层36个指标,同时建立了综合评价模型:利用主客观组合赋权结合指标合成,对园区企业进行综合评价得分优劣排序,筛选得分低于均值的企业为园区清洁生产审核重点企业,建立指标贡献百分比数学模型,对审核重点企业进行清洁生产潜力挖掘,有针对性地提出清洁生产方案。并以东北某工业园区进行实际案例验证,在此基础上对方案实施后的园区进行环境和经济效益评估。该成果可为工业园区实施清洁生产提供参考。In view of the imperfect method of clean production audit (CPA) in industrial park,this paper took CPA in an industrial park as the research object and established a screening evaluation index for key enterprises in the park.The indicator system included one indicator at the target level,seven indicatord at the criteria level,and 36 indicators at the indicator level.Meanwhile,a comprehensive evaluation model was established,which was based on subjective and objective combination of empowerment and index synthesis to rank the comprehensive evaluation scores of the park enterprises,screening companies below the mean score as key enterprises in the park’s CPA.A mathematical model of the percentage contribution of indicators was established.It mined the potential for clean production(CP) of key enterprises.Finally,CP plans were given in a targeted manner.The paper carried out actual case verification in an industrial park in Northeast China.On this basis,the environmental and economic benefit assessment of the park after the implementation of the plan could provide reference for the implementation of CP in industrial park.
