摘 要:测定并比较了不同产地粉葛不同部位中总异黄酮、葛根素、多糖、淀粉、硒、水分、灰分等含量。采用紫外分光光度法测定粉葛中总异黄酮、多糖和淀粉含量,高效液相色谱法测定葛根素含量,原子荧光法测定硒含量,国标方法测定水分和灰分。结果发现,安康平利粉葛芦头中总异黄酮和葛根素含量最高,分别为3.72%、1.91%;叶中硒含量最高,为311.620μg·kg^-1;根中多糖和淀粉含量较高,分别为41.92%、30.96%;而广西粉葛根部葛根素含量略高于安康平利粉葛根部。不同产地粉葛不同部位中7种化学成分含量差异较大,粉葛不同部位可以发挥药用、食用的不同作用,实现综合利用。We determined and compared the contents of total isoflavones,puerarin,polysaccharides,starch,selenium,moisture,and ash in different parts of Pueraria lobata from different producing area.Specifically,we determined the contents of total isoflavones,polysaccharides,and starch by UV spectrophotometry,the content of puerarin by high performance liquid chromatography,the content of selenium by atomic fluorescence spectrometry,and determined moisture and ash by national standard.The results indicate that in Ankang Pingli Pueraria lobata,the contents of total isoflavones and puerarin in the top are the highest of 3.72% and 1.91%,respectively;the content of selenium in the leaves is the highest of 311.620 μg·kg^-1;the contents of polysaccharides and starch in the roots are the higher of 41.92% and 30.96%,respectively.While,the content of puerarin in the roots of Guangxi Pueraria lobata is slightly higher than that in Ankang Pingli Pueraria lobata.The contents of seven chemical constituents in different parts of Pueraria lobata from different producing areas are significantly different,and different parts of Pueraria lobata have good value of edible and medicine use,which can realize comprehensive utilization.
