摘 要:远程监控终端是远端设备采集运行参数的关键器件,直接与设备进行数据的交互。随着远程监控技术的成熟和设备信息化、智能化的发展要求,开发适用于工业设备的远程监控终端来对设备进行数据交互、定位与传感具有重要意义。基于矿山和工程机械设备的远程监控终端应支持多种通信接口、兼容设备各类控制器协议,终端可智能切换工作模式,支持远程固件升级、数据保存等各种功能,具有较好防拆性,可靠性高,功耗低。终端还可与对应信息系统结合后实时对设备动态信息进行监控和分析,进一步支撑设备的产、储、销和售后服务管理。The remote monitoring terminal is the key device for remote equipment to collect operating parameters, and directly exchanges datas with machine. With the maturity of remote monitoring technology and the development requirements of equipment informationization and intelligentization, it is of great significance to develop remote monitoring terminals suitable for industrial equipment to perform data interaction , positioning and sensing. The remote monitoring terminal based on mining machinery and construction machinery should support various communication interfaces and compatible many kinds of device controller protocols. The terminal can changer working mode intelligently , support remote firmware upgrade, data storage and other functions. It has good tamper resistance, high reliability and low power consumption. The terminal can also monitor and analyze the dynamic information of the device in real time after being combined with the corresponding information system, and further support the production, storage, sales and after-sales service management of the device.
