摘  要:在摆线齿锥齿轮的小轮切削加工中,设计一种新型的克制刀盘安装在GCMT2500数控螺旋锥齿轮复合机床上。结合机床自身性能,对齿轮切削方法进行研究。对小齿轮切削分别拟定了粗、精加工方案,找到一种合理的切削方法。在精加工中分析了各种加工方式得到的齿面粗糙度,并提出了精加工时采用斜切法对齿面进行切削齿面精度可以满足传动要求。In the small wheel cutting process of cycloidal bevel gears, a new type of cutter head is designed to be installed on the GCMT2500 CNC spiral bevel gear compound machine. Combining the performance of the machine tool, the gear cutting method is studied. A rough and fine machining scheme was developed for the pinion cutting, and a reasonable cutting method was found. The roughness of the tooth surface after various processing methods was analyzed in finish machining, it is also proposed to cut the tooth surface by the bevel method during finish machining, the tooth surface accuracy can meet the transmission requirements.
