摘 要:依法治校是依法治国方针落实到学校的重要方略,依法治校要求学校治理法治化,要求全面建设学校层面的法治文化。法治文化是实施依法治校的应然结果,法治文化的形成是依法治校理念实现的重要体现。目前许多学校依法治校仅停留在“法制”层面,而未提升到“法治”层面,成熟的校园法治文化尚未形成。校园法治文化建设的重大问题,就是如何适应依法治校理念要求建立与之配套的学校法治体系。本文通过研究依法治校理念中法治文化的现状,发掘法治文化培育中出现的问题,为我国依法治校理念下法治文化的建设发展建言献策。Ruling a school by law is an important strategy of realizing the policy of rule of law. Ruling a school by law requires that the school be governed by law and cultivating the culture of rule of law in the whole school. The culture of rule of law is normative result of governing the school by law. It is also the important reflection that ruling school by law is realized. At present,the culture of rule of law in many schools has not yet formed. Ruling schools by law only stays at the level of "legal institution",but has not been promoted to the level of "rule of law". The important problem in the culture of rule of law construction in campus is how to adapt to the requirements of the concept of rule of law and establish a matching system of rule of law. According to study the current situation of the culture of rule of law in the idea of rule of law,this paper explores the problems in cultivation the culture of rule of law,and provides suggestions under the concept of rule of law in China.
