摘 要:旨在建立一套简便可靠的螺旋桨液压螺母设计方法。采用有限元软件ABAQUS对液压螺母进行应力分布计算.分析了各尺寸参数对液压螺母最大应力的影响规律。基于这些规律,归纳得到了一系列尺寸量化公式,形成了一套完整的液压螺母设计流程。同时,在Qt平台上以C++语言编写了一个液压螺母设计软件,可实现对液压螺母的一键设计。实例应用表明,提出的方法能达到优化液压螺母设计的效果。The purpose of this paper was to establish a simple and reliable design method of hydraulic nut of propller. The hydraulic nut was modeled by ABAQUS software and the stress distribution was obtained by the finite element calculation. Then, the influence of each factor on the maximum stress of the hydraulic nut was analyzed. Based on the analysis,a series of design formulas were summed up and a set of design procedures was established. Meanwhile,a software of hydraulic nut design was developed using C++ language on Qt platform,realizing the whole design process effortlessly. The application examples showed that this design method could optimize the design of hydraulic nut.
