康复新液联合凡士林纱条对低位肛瘘术后患者创面及肛门功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究康复新液联合凡士林纱条对低位肛瘘术后患者创面及肛门功能的影响。方法选取2016年4月至2018年6月于本院进行治疗的76例低位肛瘘患者为研究对象,依据低位肛瘘患者来院治疗的单双号等分为对照组(38例,予以常规凡士林纱条更换药物)和研究组(38例,予以康复新液联合凡士林纱条治疗)。观察比较两组低位肛瘘患者治疗1个月后创面愈合情况;对比两组患者治疗前、治疗1个月后的肛门功能恢复情况;比较两组患者进行治疗1个月后疗效情况。结果研究组患者治疗后新生上皮出现时间、创面愈合时间明显短于对照组,研究组创面面积缩小率明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后与治疗前相比,两组患者AMCP、ALCT差异无统计学意义,但治疗后两组患者ARP与RRP均显著降低(P<0.05);且研究组比对照组的ARP与RRP水平降低更显著(P<0.05)。经1个月治疗后,研究组总有效率为89.47%,明显高于对照组73.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用康复新液联合凡士林纱条治疗低位肛瘘术后患者取得良好疗效,加速患者创面愈合,帮助患者尽快恢复肛门功能。Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation fluid combined with Vaseline gauze on wound and anal function in patients with low anal fistula. Methods 76 patients with low anal fistula were enrolled in our hospital from April 2016 to June 2018. The patients were enrolled in the study according to the single and double numbers of patients with lower anal fistula. 38 patients were given regular Vaseline. The gauze replacement drug) and the study group (38 patients were treated with rehabilitation fluid combined with Vaseline gauze). The wound healing was compared between the two groups of patients with low anal fistula after 1 month of treatment. The anal function recovery before treatment and 1 month after treatment were compared between the two groups. The efficacy of the two groups was compared after 1 month. Results The time of neonatal epithelialization and wound healing time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group. The wound reduction rate of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in AMCP and ALCT between the two groups after treatment, but the ARP and RRP were significantly lower in the two groups after treatment (P<0.05). ARP and RRP levels were significantly lower (P<0.05). After 1 month of treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was 89.47%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (73.68%), and the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion The use of rehabilitation new fluid combined with Vaseline gauze for the treatment of patients with low anal fistula achieved good results, accelerated wound healing, and helped patients recover anal function as soon as possible.
