人工膝关节置换治疗重度膝关节退行性骨关节病的效果及价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析人工膝关节置换治疗重度膝关节退行性骨关节病的效果及价值。方法选取本院2016年1月至2017年12月收治的46例重度膝关节退行性骨关节病患者作为研究的对象,并采用人工膝关节置换手术进行治疗。观察分析临床治疗的效果。结果患者治疗后的躯体功能、心理功能、物质生活以及社会功能评分均比治疗前高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者治疗后的膝关节HSS评分明显高于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予重度膝关节退行性骨关节病患者采用人工膝关节置换进行治疗,不仅能提高其生活质量,还能改善患者的膝关节功能,临床疗效显著。Objective To analyze the effect and value of artificial knee arthroplasty in the treatment of severe knee joint degenerative osteoarthropathy. Methods 46 patients with severe knee joint degenerative osteoarthropathy were selected and treated by artificial knee arthroplasty. To observe and analyze the effect of clinical treatment. Results The scores of somatic function, psychological function, physical life and social function after treatment were higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the HSS score of knee joint after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion The patients with severe degenerative osteoarthropathy of knee joint were treated with artificial knee joint clearance. Segmental replacement can not only improve the quality of life, but also improve the knee function of patients.
