摘  要:本研究采用热重及3MW循环流化床(CFB)试验台对多个燃料进行着火分析和投煤着火试验,寻找热分析着火指标与投煤着火温度之间的关系,并运用SPSS对它们的相关性进行分析。结果表明,着火温度、燃料反应活化能与试验台投煤温度之间存在明显的相关性。笔者提出了投煤温度、着火温度及燃料水分之间的关系式,该公式可以指导实际锅炉投煤。The ignition properties of multiple fuels are investigated by using thermogravimetry,and the ignition test of these fuels is carried out on a 3 MW circulating fluidized bed (CFB) test bentch. The relations between ignition indexes and coal feeding temperature are analyzed by these tests and SPSS software,the results show that there is a significant correlation between the ignition point,the active energy of the fuel reaction and the coal feeding temperature of the test bench. The formula between coal feeding temperature,ignition point and fuel moisture is obtained,and this formula can be considered as the reference in coal feeding of station boiler.
