摘 要:本文通过研究原有建筑物设计结构,分析结构受力特点,提出了基于荷载转移法的加固理论和方法,以期为中小型泵站加固提供借鉴和参考。利用荷载转移法加固建筑物,简单可靠,可节省工程投资,已在湖北省内多处泵站加固工程中成功应用。在南迹湖泵站更新改造工程中,通过在原电机层四周增设圈梁,承担上部荷载,新建结构满足了规程规范的要求,在避免拆除重建的前提下达到加固之目的。The design structure of the original building is studied,the stress characteristics of the structure are analyzed,and the reinforcement theory and method based on the load transfer method are proposed in the paper in order to provide reference for reinforcing small and medium pumping stations. Using load transfer method to reinforce building is simple and reliable, and the project investment is saved. The method has been successfully applied in reinforcement projects of many pumping stations in Hubei. The upper load is undertaken through increasing a ring beam around the original motor layer in the renovation reconstruction project of Nanfuhu Pumping Station. The newly-constructed structure meets the requirements of regulations and standards, thereby achieving the purpose of reinforcement under the precondition of avoiding demolition and reconstruction.
