摘　　要：针对电力变电器设备常规试验过程中遇上的问题,本设计研究开发了一套电力变压器自动化检测系统——基于CAT的变压器高压试验综合测试系统。通过对系统各检测功能模块的智能化控制,实现对电力变压器的介质损耗、绝缘电阻、直流电阻、变压比、短路阻抗等试验项目的自动化检测。即实现电力变压器一次接线自动测量,可省去多次接线,自动切换绕组状态,减小因试验操作过程中造成的测量误差。同时,系统软件具备试验数据库功能,可完成试验数据的保存、对比等功能。从而高效的进行电力变压器的状态实验检修,实现快速布置试验装置,尽快进入试验工作状态,提高试验工作效率,且降低试验劳动强度。In view of the problems encountered in the conventional test of power transformer equipment, this paper designs and develops a set of automatic test system for power transformer,which is a comprehensive test system for transformer high voltage test based on CAT. Through intelligent control of each detection function module of the system, automatic detection of dielectric loss, insulation resistance,DC resistance,voltage conversion ratio,short- circuit impedance of power transformer is realized. That is to say,the automatic measurement of the primary wiring of power transformer can save multiple wiring,automatically switch the state of the winding,reduce the measurement error caused by the test operation. At the same time,the system software has the function of test database,can complete the test data storage,comparison and other functions,so as to efficiently carry out the power transformer. The condition test overhaul can quickly arrange the test equipment,enter the test working state as soon as possible,improve the test efficiency and reduce the test labor intensity.
