摘 要:空气压缩机在工业领域有着广泛的应用,船用高压氮气制备时的主要设备就是空压机。针对传统空压机控制自动化程度低、能耗高,输出压力波动大等问题,通过分析主空压机的工艺流程,设计了基于变频器、西门子S7-200系列PLC和昆仑通态的MCGS工控组态软件的自动控制系统。本系统通过变频器启动空压机,变频器参数通过RS485接口上传至工控机;通过PLC采集各监测点数据并进行计算,控制设备自动化运行;同时在工控机上利用MCGS工控组态软件编写监控画面,完成在监控界面与PLC之间的数据共享,实现更好的人机交互。Air compressor is widely used in industrial field. The main equipment used in the preparation of high- pressure nitrogen for ship is air compressor. Aiming at the problems of low automation,high energy consumption and large fluctuation of output pressure of traditional air compressor,an automatic control system based on frequency converter,Siemens S7- 200 series PLC and Kunlun through- state MCGS industrial control configuration software is designed by analyzing the process flow of main air compressor. This system starts the air compressor through the frequency converter,and the parameters of the frequency converter are uploaded to the industrial computer through RS485 interface;the data of each monitoring point are collected and calculated by PLC to control the automatic operation of the equipment;at the same time,the industrial control configuration software MCGS is used to compile the monitoring screen on the industrial computer to complete the data sharing between the monitoring interface and the PLC. Achieve better human-machine interaction.
