三废锅炉汽包差压水位计测量极端异常的探讨

摘　　要：在锅炉汽包水位测量中,广泛采用平衡容器与差压变送器组成的差压水位计,其测量值主要用于控制和联锁保护。由于汽包水位对象的复杂性以及差压式测量原理的固有特性,在不同扰动下汽包水位及测量值变化有着很大差异,有时往往难以判断汽包水位计异常的真正原因。对某三废锅炉汽包差压水位计测量极端异常案例进行研究,在找不到直接原因及有关证据的情况下,从差压水位计测量原理着手,通过条件假定与分析,合理地解释了这一起汽包差压水位计测量极端异常的成因。此外,三废锅炉是一种全新的、独立的、专业化的工业锅炉。它并不是对传统工业锅炉的改良,因此汽包水位有其自身的复杂性。这一极端异常案例正是这种复杂性的体现,具有一定的代表性及借鉴意义。The differential pressure water level gauge consisting of a balance vessel and a differential pressure transmitter has been widely used in the measurement of boiler drum water level,and its measured value is mainly used for control and interlock protection.Due to the complexity of the drum water level object and the inherent characteristics of the differential pressure measurement principle,the drum water level and the measured value change are very different under different disturbances.Sometimes it is difficult to judge the real cause of the anomaly of drum water level gauge.A case of extreme anomaly in a three- waste boiler steam drum differential pressure water level gauge is studied.In the absence of direct cause and relevant evidence,starting from the measurement principle of differential pressure water level gauge,through the conditional assumption and analysis,the cause of the extreme abnormality measured by the differential pressure gauge of the steam drum is reasonably explained.In addition,the three- waste boiler is a brand new,independent and specialized industrial boiler.It is not an improvement of traditional industrial boilers,so the drum water level has its own complexity.Therefore,the drum water level has its own complexity.This extreme abnormal case is a manifestation of this complexity,with certain representativeness and reference significance.
