大柴胡汤的药理及临床应用

摘　　要：大柴胡汤出自于《伤寒杂病论》,至今仍是临床常用方,表里双解之剂,具有和解少阳,内泻热结之功效。本文通过对近年来国内科技文献疏理,收集整理大柴胡汤的实验基础研究,调查临床运用大柴胡汤治疗各种疾病的报道,总结大柴胡汤药理作用及现今临床新用,将大柴胡汤的药理作用及临床应用研究进行了综述如下,对经典名方大柴胡汤更好的临床应用及开发利用提供参考。Dachaihu Decoction comes from the Treatise on Febrile Diseases , as the formula to relieve the interior and exterior, it is still a commonly used formula in clinical practice. It has the action of relieving symptoms of the Shaoyang meridian and relieving the internal heat accumulation. This study summarized the pharmacological effects and clinical application of Dachaihu Decoction by collecting the basic experimental study and its clinical reports. This study provided reference for better clinical application and the development of Dachaihu Decoction.
