摘  要:针对刀辊螺旋槽加工难度大的问题,以X2012A型龙门铣床为铣削设备,设计了加工螺旋槽的工装。在龙门铣床的机座侧面固定一根齿条,在工作台上固定一个分度头联合机构,并设计一套传动装置,实现刀辊螺旋槽的加工。为充分利用传统机床,完成高难度零件加工提供了有益的探索,满足企业节能增效的需要。Aiming at the problem that the spiral groove of the cutter roll is difficult to process,taking X2012A milling planer as milling equipment,the processing equipment of spiral groove is designed.A rack is fixed on the side of the seat of the milling planer,a joint mechanism of indexing head is fixed on the worktable,and a transmission device is designed to realize the processing of the spiral groove of the cutter roll.It provides basis for making full use of traditional machine tools to complete the processing of high-difficulty parts,and meets the needs of energy saving and efficiency enhancing in enterprises.
