摘 要:通过Pro/E建立采煤机截割部双电机仿真模型,并应用ADAMS分别对双电机空载启动和阶跃载荷状态下动态特性进行了研究。结果表明所建立模型能够充分反映双电机系统运行情况,双电机驱动系统中,弹性扭矩轴对系统刚度影响较大,对采煤机截割部的传动具有缓冲功能;当两台电机机械特性存在差异时,对电机同步性影响不大,且增大两电机间的连接刚度,可以缩短两台电机达到同步运行时间,改善系统平稳性。The dual motor simulation model of the shearer cutting section was established by Pro/E,and the dynamic characteristics of the dual motor under no-load starting and step load conditions were studied by ADAMS.The results show that the established model can fully reflect the operation of the dual motor system.In the dual motor drive system,the elastic torque shaft has a great influence on the system stiffness,and it has buffering function for the transmission of shearer cutting section.When the mechanical characteristics of the two motors are different,the synchronization of the two motors is not affected much.And increasing the connection stiffness between the two motors can shorten the time of synchronization between the two motors and improve the stability of the system.
