摘  要:针对大功率COB-LED荧光粉微涂覆过程中工艺参数对涂层厚度的影响,以LED基板上的涂层厚度和均匀度为目标,采用均匀设计的实验方法,对雾化气压、涂覆时间、喷头高度等影响涂覆效果的主要参数进行了实验研究,并应用实验数据进行非线性输入回归得到了关于工艺参数的涂覆控制模型。实验结果表明:(1)雾化气压、涂覆时间对涂层厚度存在耦合作用,喷头高度与涂层厚度成负相关;(2)雾化气压、喷头高度对均匀性存在耦合作用,涂覆时间与均匀性无关。揭示了涂覆工艺参数之间的耦合作用,并在COB-LED荧光粉微涂覆过程中提供参数调节和控制的依据,在提高涂覆一致性的同时提高了生产效率。For improving the consistency of the coating effect in the phosphor micro coating process of COB-LED,a uniform design experimental method is adopted for the influences of process parameters on coating thickness.With the uniformity as the target,the factors affecting the coating effect:atomization pressure,coating time,nozzle height were studied,and the experimental data were subjected to nonlinear input regression to obtain a coating model with the process parameters.Experimental results show that:(1)There is a coupling relationship between the atomization pressure and the coating time on the coating thickness,and the nozzle height is negatively correlated with the coating thickness;(2)the atomization pressure and the nozzle height have a coupling relationship with the uniformity,and the coating time is independent of uniformity.This paper reveals the coupling between the coating process parameters,and provides the basis for parameter adjustment during the COB-LED phosphor micro-coating process as well as improves coating consistency and production efficiency.
