减速机故障诊断及其处理方法探讨

摘　　要：减速机在机械运行转速控制调整中,是控制机械系统运行的有利设备,如果其出现故障,不仅会影响自身的使用期限,还会使机械失控,造成更大的安全事故。主要分析减速机的常见故障以及出现故障的原因,研究常见故障的诊断方法及处理方法,以期加强对减速机常见故障及处理方法的总结,减少减速机运行故障的发生,提高运行效率,更好的满足机械运行的效益需求。The reducer plays an important role in the control of the mechanical running speed control.It is a favorable device for controlling the operation of the mechanical system.If it fails,it will not only affect its own service life,but also cause the machine to run out of control and cause a greater safety accident.It is necessary for relevant personnel to study these faults,find all fault types based on their own diagnostic maintenance experience and related reference data,and clarify the fault diagnosis method and corresponding treatment measures to protect the reducer from damage.The author mainly discussed the fault diagnosis and treatment methods of the reducer,in order to reduce the running failure of the reducer and improve the operating efficiency.
