摘  要:近年来,随着全球气温的升高,以及从事高温环境作业人员的增加,热射病的发病率逐渐升高。热射病最终导致细胞及多器官功能不同程度的损伤,其病死率高,是一种致命性疾病。预防及救治热射病患者一直是重要的课题,目前已知直接热损伤及应激条件下的炎性因子、氧化应激反应、凋亡等多种途径参与热射病致病性。但热射病致脑及中枢神经系统、心脏、肝脏、肺脏、肠、肾脏损伤的特点及相关机制还未明确,还需要未来进一步研究证实,以期为热射病早期诊断治疗、多脏器损伤保护以及临床救治提供参考。In recent years,with the increase of global temperature and the increase of workers engaged in high temperature environment,the incidence of heat stroke is gradually increasing.Heat stroke eventually leads to different degrees of damage to cells and multiple organs,and is a fatal disease with high mortality.Prevention and treatment of patients with heat stroke disease has always been an important issue.It is known that inflammatory factors,oxidative stress,and apoptosis under direct thermal injury and stress conditions are involved in the pathogenicity.However,the characteristics and related mechanisms of brain and central nervous system,heart,liver,lung,intestine and kidney damage caused by heat stroke are not clear,and further research is needed in the future to provide references for the early diagnosis and treatment,and multiple organ injuries protection of heat stroke.
