摘  要:环状RNA(circRNA)是一种由外显子和(或)内含子共同组成的非编码RNA,其结构呈首尾相接的封闭环状,具有时空特异性、高度的进化保守性及稳定性、广泛性等生物学特征。circRNA具有海绵样吸附、调控基因的转录、与RNA结合蛋白相互作用以及参与蛋白质的翻译等多种生物学功能,可调节胰岛β细胞的功能参与糖尿病的发生、发展,并与糖尿病大血管病变、微血管病变和周围神经病变等并发症均有关。此外,circRNA亦可能作为糖尿病诊断和预测的潜在生物学标志物。Circular RNA(circRNA) is a non-coding RNAs composed of exons and/or introns.Its structure is closed-loop with end-to-end closure.It is characterized by space-time specificity,high evolutionary conservation,stability and universality.CircRNA has a variety of biological functions,such as spongy adsorption,regulation of gene transcription,interaction with RNA binding protein and protein translation.CircRNA can regulate the function of β cells in the development and progression of diabetes and is associated with diabetic complications such as macrovascular disease,microvascular disease and peripheral neuropathy.In addition,circRNA may also serve as a potential biomarker for the diagnosis and prediction of diabetes mellitus.
