摘 要:为了建立生活饮用水中碘化物的硫酸铈分光光度法的测量不确定度评定方法,对水碘考核盲样进行了不确定度评定。依据《适合缺碘及高碘地区水碘的检测方法》和JJF1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》对考核盲样进行测定。建立不确定度评定的数学模型,系统地分析不确定度各分量。结果显示,盲样水碘含量为55.1μg/L,扩展不确定度U=1.44μg/L(k=2)。由此得出,本次水碘考核盲样测定的不确定度主要来源于有证标准储备液和移液器取样体积(样品溶液体积)的不确定度分量。In order to establish the uncertainty evaluation method for the determination of iodide in drinking water by CeSO4 spectrophotometry,the uncertainty evaluation of blind samples for water iodine assessment is carried out.Blind samples are determined according to Detection Method of Water Iodine Suitable for Iodine Deficiency and High Iodine Areas and JJF 1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Representation of Measurement Uncertainty.The mathematical model of uncertainty evaluation is established,and the components of uncertainty are analyzed systematically.The results show that the iodine content in blind water is 55.1μg/L and the expanded uncertainty U=1.44μg/L(k=2).It is concluded that the uncertainty of the blind sample determination in this water iodine assessment mainly comes from the uncertainty component of the sample volume(sample solution volume)of the certified standard reserve solution and the pipette.
