超声引导下负压吸引旋切术治疗乳腺肿瘤的疗效探析

摘　　要：目的对超声引导下负压吸引旋切术治疗乳腺肿瘤的治疗效果进行分析和研究。方法方便选择该院在2016年6月—2017年6月期间收治的60例乳腺肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按照患者的病历单双号将其划分为对照组和观察组,每组30例患者,采用传统手术治疗对照组患者,采用超声引导下负压吸引旋切术治疗观察组患者,对两组患者的治疗效果和安全性进行分析和比较。结果在美容效果方面,对照组达到了76.7%的优良率,观察组达到了100.0%的优良率。对照组的术中出血量为(20.39±3.75)mL,手术完成时间为(30.17±5.59)min,住院时间为(8.11±2.01)d,观察组的术中出血量为(5.07±1.82)mL,手术完成时间为(20.06±3.44)min,住院时间为(4.97±1.62)d。在美容效果、术中出血量、手术完成时间和出院时间方面两组患者相比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=21.097,t=79.856,27.881,31.953,P<0.05)。在并发症、复发率方面两组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声引导下负压吸引旋切术治疗乳腺肿瘤具有很好的治疗效果,而且安全性高,值得在临床上予以进一步应用和推广。Objective To analyze and study the therapeutic effect of ultrasound-guided vacuum aspiration in the treatment of breast tumors.Methods Sixty breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were convenient selected as subjects.According to the patient's medical records,they were divided into control group and observation group.Each group had 30 patients.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional surgery,and the patients in the observation group were treated with ultrasound-guided vacuum aspiration.The therapeutic effects and safety of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results In terms of cosmetic effects,the control group achieved an excellent rate of 76.7%,and the observation group achieved an excellent rate of 100.0%.The intraoperative blood loss of the control group was(20.39±3.75)mL,the operation completion time was(30.17±5.59)min,the hospitalization time was(8.11±2.01)d,and the intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was(5.07±1.82)mL.The operation completion time was(20.06±3.44)min,and the hospitalization time was(4.97±1.62)d.There were significant differences between the two groups in terms of cosmetic effect,intraoperative blood loss,surgical completion time,and discharge time(χ^2=21.097,t=79.856,27.881,31.953,P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided vacuum aspiration has a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of breast tumors,and it is safe and worthy of further application and promotion in clinical practice.
