优质护理对早期慢性肾功能衰竭患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探究分析优质护理对早期慢性肾功能衰竭患者的临床影响。方法在2017年1月—2018年1月方便选取该院收治的80例患者作为分析对象,分别命名为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例),划分方法为随机数表法。对对照组患者实施常规护理,对观察组患者实施优质护理,将两组患者的护理结果进行分析,并予以对比。结果护理前的结果显示,两组的三项评分结果相较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在日常生活功能、器官功能和积极情绪方面,观察组所得的数据结果与对照组所得的数据结果相比较优势显著(P<0.05)。且97.5%为观察组患者的护理满意率,77.5%为对照组患者的护理满意率,观察组的数值结果高于对照组患者(χ^2=5.892,P<0.05)。结论在早期慢性肾功能衰竭的患者中应用优质护理,可以显著控制患者的疾病、提高患者的生活质量,和谐护患关系,提高护理的依从性,具有显著的临床效果,在临床应用及推广有很大价值。Objective To explore the clinical impact of quality nursing on patients with early chronic renal failure.Methods The case convenient selection period was from January 2017 to January 2018.During this period,80 patients with early chronic renal failure who were treated in our hospital were screened and included in the study.The patients were divided into random numbers.The two groups were named as observation group and control group.The nursing measures received by the control group were routine,and the nursing measures received by the observation group were of high quality.After the end of the nursing,the physical and mental health scores of the two groups were evaluated,and the nursing satisfaction was investigated.Results There were no significant differences in the three scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The scores of daily life function,organ function and positive emotion were higher in the observation group than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).97.5%was the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group,while 77.5%was the nursing satisfaction rate of the control group,and the numerical results of the observation group were higher than the control group(χ^2=5.892,P<0.05).Conclusion The quality nursing of patients with early chronic renal failure has significant control effect on patients'diseases.It promotes the improvement of patients'quality of life,harmonious nursing relationship,improves nursing compliance,and has significant clinical effects in clinical application.And the promotion has great value.
